Having traveled to not so much the major cities, but instead Perugia, Umbria, Bologna, and Florence, the architecture holds so much history. Although scorching hot during the summer, these smaller cities feel walkable due to their compactness, but also beauty which holds your mind. The marble quarry was also a great experience to get a sense of more of the natural beauty.
